Details: The feed opens up with a live, rotating shot inside the Pure Class Arena in Greenville, South Carolina as, "Survival of the Sickness" by Saliva. As with most Trauma events, the venue appears to be sold-out, and numerous fans are holding signs. Some of the more notable signs read: "Investigate Me Park," "Metal Kombat," "CARS FEAR GRIMM," and, "Why Lantlas Why?". After the panning of the crowd, the feed cuts to Jery Andrews and Al Laiman at ringside. After the two hype the card, the feed switches to inside the ring, where Mark Long is ready to introduce the first match. |

Match Details: After winning in his return to the PCW, Tyrone is suffering two losses in a row, and he is desperately looking to regain a winning edge. On the other side of the coin, Numbah One has yet to get win one, and is probably hoping to gain a victory over The Crazy One. Numbah One entered the ring first, with very little fanfare. Out next was Tyrone Smith, and he received a generous ovation of mixed emotions. After he made his way to the ring, and entered it, Numbah One immediately tried to get a quick start by hammering on Crazy Boy. This prompted Melina to signal for the bell and start the match. However, Numbah One's offense was extremely short-lived. After attempting to whip Crazy Boy into the ropes, Crazy Boy came back with a flying clothesline, knocking Numbah One down to the mat. As Numbah One returned to his feet, Crazy Boy quickly grabbed him and then placed him in the Crazy Slam. After nailing the move, he quickly pinned #1 for the 1-2-3, finishing the match at the 2 minute and 11 second mark. Winner: Tyrone Smith via pinfall |
Details: [Shane Dodge stands backstage, and the crowd welcomes his guest, or shall we say guests, with a mixed reaction.] Shane Dodge: Well, ladies and gentlemen, I've got a surprise for all of you right now. Joining me is relative newcomer to the PCW, Desy Extreme. Desy, it seems as though you disappeared off the face of the Earth shortly after signing your PCW contract. Tell us, where have you been? [Desy smiles broadly, and begins to chuckle to himself.] Desy Extreme: Shane...I've been out...hunting. Panda: Grunt. Shane Dodge: What do you mean, "hunting?" What have you been up to? Desy Extreme: Ok, let me just say this- tonight I look to establish myself here in Pure Class as a force to be reckoned with. And to do that, I did a little digging during my time away, and I found something remarkable. Usali Basilisk, your Kool-Aid means nothing now, I've got the antidote! Shane Dodge: *looking very intrigued at this point* Really? The antidote to the Kool-Aid? I didn't know there was an antidote. I thought Basilisk's Kool-Aid was just a clever marketing ploy. Desy Extreme: That's right. I secretly promised the world that I'd hold off on showing until now, but now the time has come. PCW Faithful, feast your eyes on the source of Usali Basilisk's downfall! Look upon it, the antidote! [Desy reaches into his pocket and slowly and dramatically produces a sealed bottle of Arrowhead water. Shane Dodge stares at the bottle with disdain.] Shane Dodge: *muttering to self* Oh brother... Desy Extreme: Oh brother is right! Panda and I've got Usali Basilisk now! Wooo! [Desy raises the bottle in celebration, uncaps it, and proceeds to dump the bottle all over both the Pepsi Panda and Shane Dodge. Shane yells in surprise, then in fury, before the camera fades to a commercial.] |

Match Details: As we just seen with that last segment, Desy seems highly positive that he may have found the antidote to Basilisk's Kool-Aid. And he may need all the help he can get, for Usali, after failing to advance in The Icemann Invitational Tournament, will for sure, be ready to re-assert his message of Ascension. Desy Extreme makes his way out to the entrance ramp as AFI plays in the arena. He waves to his "fans" as he slowly makes makes his way to the ring, the Pepsi Panda not far behind him. Desy slides into the ring and poses for the crowd eliciting a round of boos from them. The boos turn louder as The Blue Oyster Cult overtakes the arena and Usali Basilisk steps onto the ramp, the Book of Ascension held firmly in his hands. He slowly works his way to the ring as "The Kool-Aid" man follows in pursuit. With both men finally in the ring and their "managers" at ringside, Manny Cruz starts the match. Basilisk wastes no time in charging forward and catches Desy with a flying back elbow. He lays in a few stomps and quickly takes command of the match. After a few minutes, Basilisk whips Desy to the ropes which Desy slides under to the outside of the ring. He poses for the crowd once again, garnering more "boos" as Basilisk creeps towards him from inside the ring. Basilisk leans over the rope and grabs Desy by the hair and begins to haul him into the ring. Desy reaches back and grabs Basilisk and then drops to the ring apron, effectively using the ropes to guillotine Basilisk. Desy then slides into the ring and takes control for the next five minutes. Basilisk begins to take control back though, as Jacob, in his Kool-Aid Man outfit begins to dance and cheer him from the outside. Manny Cruz catches this out of the corner of his eye, and thinking it was a ploy to distract Desy, proceeds to tell him to stop. While this goes on, Basilisk lands a spinning European uppercut on Desy that knocks him clear off his feet. As he struggles to his feet, and with the referee still occupied, the Pepsi Panda slides a bottle of Arrowhead water in to him. Desy slowly makes his way back to a standing position just as Basilisk approaches him. Desy spins and squirts the bottle into Basilisk's face, blinding him and causing him to clutch at his face. With Basilisk now blind and flailing, Desy sneaks in a Pepsi Throwback back-cracker finishing maneuver. Manny, hearing the commotion in the ring, turns around in time to see Desy pinning Basilisk. Three seconds later, at the 7 minute and 46 second mark, Desy Extreme picks up his first win in the PCW. Winner: Desy Extreme via pinfall |
Details: [The PCW cameraman finds the team of Diligence and Jeremy Bagwell, better known as The Fifth Column, doing some pre-match strategizing.] Diligence: Remember the techniques we went over. Work on your footwork. [Bagwell's skin is a clammy, pale white and his hair is saturated with sweat. His wide eyes bounce from one object to the next; his pupils are fully dilated. Diligence's words seem to be falling on deaf ears.] Diligence: And stay away from his metal arm. If he catches you with a haymaker, it'll be lights out. You saw what he did to Grimm... [The very mention of the Abomination of Desolation causes the youngster to yelp. Eyes wide with fear, the high school senior scrambles around behind Diligence in search of protection.] Jeremy Bagwell: I saw him! I swear! He's here! He's coming for me! [Diligence scans the area in the direction of Bagwell's frantic pointing, his green eyes taking in the scenery from behind his black mask. Visibly frustrated, Diligence turns on Bagwell and backhands him across the face!] Jeremy Bagwell: No! I know he's here! I know he's coming to take me! You have to keep him away from me! Diligence: Don't you worry about Phinehas Grimm. He won't bother you out there tonight. Besides, He will be here soon enough... [Diligence wraps a comforting arm around the bewildered Jeremy Bagwell, but just as they're about to walk off camera, the veteran spots something in his protege's travel bag. Reaching down, Diligence fishes out a bottle of pills. A 30 day supply. Only...there are no pills in the bottle. As he stands, Diligence gives Bagwell a sidelong glance. Pale skin. Sweating profusely. Dilated pupils. Shaking his head in disbelief, Diligence can only mutter under his breath.] Diligence: Son of a bitch... [Diligence gives the area a quick once-over, searching for any signs of misrule before corralling his partner and heading towards the ring.] |
|
Match Details: Jeremy is either the bravest, or dumbest, man in all of Pure Class Wrestling. There is no way he could be prepared for a match against Areas, after doing what he did to Grimm last week. The only positive thing for Jeremy is that Areas had to go up against The Abomination of Desolation last week, and as anyone who has ever went up against Grimm knows, that match had to take something out of him. Jeremy Bagwell is out first and he definitely looks like he's seen better days. Accompanied by Diligence, the usually-jubilant Bagwell appears to be extremely paranoid and refuses to go anywhere near the fans. Cautiously climbing into the ring, Jeremy Bagwell wishes he had eyes in the back of his head. Areas is out next and he receives a generous response from the PCW Faithful. He's obviously earned some respect from the fans after his hard-fought match against Grimm two weeks ago. Looking to get on the winning track, Areas stares a hole through a very sweaty Jeremy Bagwell. Areas climbs into the ring ready to dismantle his opponent. Without warning, "Winter Shaker" by Wovenhand begins to build throughout the arena and the fans erupt at the sound of Grimm's music! All eyes are on the entry-way and Jeremy Bagwell is simply beside himself. Diligence turns his attention to the walkway and positions himself between the ring and the entrance. The fans continue to cheer, but the music dies out after about twenty seconds. Feeling like a cornered animal, Bagwell charges at Areas with wild windmill punches. Marcos Cruz calls for the bell as Areas hits a drop toehold that sends Jeremy face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Bagwell staggers out of the corner clutching his nose while a waiting Areas measures him with a sickening right hook to the side of the head. Bagwell drops like a sack of wheat and just like that, at the 16 seconds mark, Areas picks up the three-count. The fans respond with a mixed reaction, clearly shocked by the anti-climatic ending. Even Areas can't believe it, but a win's a win. A disgusted Diligence helps his woozy protege to the back. Winner: Areas by pinfall |

Match Details: After last week's loss, one would think that Skaface would be prepared to show the world that they deserve to be in the PCW. And as for Pegasus and Lantlas, let's just say they didn't see eye-to-eye the previous week, and one would think that PCW's resident pacifist would like to make amends with PCW's Elven Warrior. However, that was not meant to be the case. We returned from commercial break with Skaface already in the ring awaiting their opponents. However, it caught everyone off-guard when Lantlas came down the ramp, alone (meaning without his assigned partner for the night and his manager Devon Drake), and took a seat at the broadcast booth. He handed Al Laiman a note, who, after reading it, handed it off to Jerry Andrews, who then got up, walked over to the ropes, and stuck the note through it in the awaiting hands of Mark Long. Al Laiman then explained to the fans at home that Lantlas has received clearance to pull himself from the match, making the upcoming match a handicap match between Skaface and the already-injured Pegasus. |
|
Match Details: This lead Mark Long to announce the card change to PCW Faithful in attendance. Jeers radiated throughout the crowd, but it unfazed Lantlas, who sat, arms folded and eyes glued on the ring. Mark then announced Pegasus, and within a moment, those jeers turned to cheers as Pegasus stepped from behind the entrance curtain. Pegasus is walking a bit stiff, and his ribs are taped, but he still comes down to the ring with a smile on his face. Once he enters the ring, Bucky Joe gives Pegasus a look that says, "Sorry, man," and then sends Richard Fairplay towards the outside of the apron. Fairplay's Skaface teammate follows Matt Davis follows Bucky and the two begin to talk strategy. Referee Buckland then signals for the bell. At the sound of the bell, Pegasus runs over to where the team of Skaface stands and dropkicks them both; Fairplay falls to the outside floor and Davis catches his throat on the top-rope. Pegasus quickly rolls Davis up in a school-boy, and gets the three-count at the 36 second mark. Winner: Pegasus by pinfall |
Details: The arena explodes in cheers. Pegasus even looks surprised at being able to win the match. This does not sit well with Lantlas. He jumps up to his feet, and in a split-second, he is in the ring. He doesn't attack Pegasus from behind, however, as that would be cowardly. Instead, he turns Pegasus around and looks deep into Pegasus's eyes. Pegasus looks confused, hurt, and a little frightened, but he extends his hand out to his "friend." Lantlas accepts the hand, but only to pull Pegasus closer. A knee is raised, and Lantlas nails Pegasus in his injured ribs. Pegasus hunches over and then Lantlas nails him with The Elvish Tale. Lantlas then rolls out of the ring and reaches under its apron. From underneath the ring, he pulls out a light tube. He nods his head approvingly, and then heads back into the ring. Before he is able to hit the downed Pegasus, LoKi sprints down the entrance ramp and slides into the ring. He stands over his fallen friend, and begins pleading with his other friend, Lantlas, to not do this. Lantlas relents, just for a second, but the thought quickly departs, and he then swings the tube over LoKi's bad leg, glass shards darting every which way. LoKi falls to the mat, and Lantlas begins stomping on his leg, but isn't able to do too much damage, as officials and security empties from the back and enters the ring. Lantlas leaves with little resistance, and the feed fades to a commercial. |
Details: [Backstage, Mike Park is seen talking on his cell phone to someone. The camera zooms in on his face and his rapidly moving lips. The crowd, which can see Mike on the PCW-Tron, pops like a package of Pringles, and the fun doesn't stop there.] Mike Park: Yes, yes I know him. ... What about him? ... You're not serious, right? Listen, I don't need this. I have a match to win against Ace Anderson and I have someone stalking me, I can't put this on top of... I don't care, listen I... You're not hearing me... I really don't see how this can help the situation. I mean, you want me to actually... sigh... fine. [He hangs up the phone, places it in his pocket and rubs his eyes briefly. He's unsure what to think about the call he just received, but he begins to move. He walks quickly through the backstage area, passing other wrestlers, janitors, a stripper on a pole -- Mike tips her a twenty --, another janitor, more wrestlers, a referee, a man eating a taco and finally, he approaches a room with a title on it that reads 'Areas'.] Mike Park: Could be worse. Could be Area 51... [And with that, Park walks into the locker room and the camera zooms in on the door and we can hear Mike say something just loud enough so we can make it out.] Mike Park: I heard you needed a body guard. [The feed then cuts to Mark Long in the ring, awaiting to introduce the next match.] |

Match Details: Blade Lionheart, the breaker of 'shit', is looking to gain his first victory since returning to the PCW. It won't be an easy task, however, for Blade's opponent is also looking for his first victory. Jason Scene enters first, emerging from the back to a flood of golden light and an incredibly poor reception. Working for the Man doesn't make you any friends in Pure Class Wrestling, even if you are taking Ace Anderson out with a chair. The announce team wonders aloud if Scene has created a very dangerous enemy for himself. "Seek and Destroy" kicks in and the mammoth Blade Lionheart makes his appearance, baseball bat and all. Scene gets on the referee's case to intervene and get the weapon away from him. After a brief confrontation, Blade indicates he doesn't need it to beat his opponent and casts it aside. Referee Shaw calls for the bell, and the match is underway. Scene ducks some early grapple attempts, trying to get the measure of his opponent, but Blade has too long a reach to stay away from. He locks Scene up and drops a series of thunderous forearms and axe handles. Jason gets in a few shots, but a brawling contest with someone the size of Blade is a losing proposition, and the big man holds a brief advantage. Blade powers Scene into the corner to lay down some heavy punishment. Scene is trapped against the turnbuckles, but when Blade steps back to get a running start, Scene scoots out between the ropes and executes a pendulum kick right to the face. Blade is staggered and Scene gets in a dropkick. Blade is now swaying and fighting desperately to keep his balance, and Scene snaps his foot to the point of the chin to lay him out. On the mat, Scene wrestles a strict ground game, using Blade's size against him and trying to find the breaking point in his joints. The big man fights back, but Scene keeps him off his feet and under control for a much longer time than the crowd is happy with. Blade escapes and goes for a big boot, but Scene ducks it and lands a jumping clothesline. The big man rolls out of bounds with Scene on him, pressing his advantage, but Blade catches his opponent on the floor and drops him face first into the guardrail. Once again on the offensive, Blade drags Scene all around the outside, smashing him into anything he can find and almost getting counted out. Blade finally throws him back into the ring and makes the pin attempt. The crowd boos when Scene somehow kicks out. Blade throws him to the corner and attempts a spear, but Scene ducks to the side leaving the unforgiving steel to meet his opponent's charge. Blade Lionheart is in serious trouble, but Scene has been on the receiving end of a nasty beating and is slow to regain the offensive. Scene goes to work on the shoulder, wrenching it with all his strength. A seated double chickenwing looks like it might lead to submission until Blade gets his foot in the ropes. Scene maintains the brutal hold until the split second before he's disqualified. Referee Shaw gets on his case, and when Scene turns back to the match, Lionheart comes from nowhere and spears him out of his boots. The big man is back in the game and is looking pretty sore in more ways than one. A nasty full nelson slam shakes the ring, and Scene only avoids a chokeslam via a low blow, which Scene passes off as an inner thigh shot. Blade recovers and sends his opponent to the ropes, Scene reverses, Blade reverses it again and delivers a kick to the gut. It looks as Blade is about to nail the Emo Blaide Aide, but with a well-placed kick to the gut, Scene is able to reverse it into the Cut Scene. He quickly moves in for the pin, and at the 16 minute and 26 second mark, Scene earns his first victory in the PCW. Winner: Jason Scene via pinfall |
Details: [As Scene is celebrating his victory, the PCW-Tron springs to life. On it, shows PCW President Skylar Marshall, sitting in his office.] Skylar Marshall: Excuse me for my interruption, but I have an announcement to make. Jason, very-well earned victory here tonight. Blade has improved leaps and bounds, and you shouldn't have underestimated him. That said, you still picked up the victory, and that is something to be proud of. I have thought about our earlier conversations, and I have come to the conclusion that you are right. I should have more faith in you. So as a reward, I'm going to give you a chance to once again prove your worth. At Living A Legacy III, you'll get your chance when you face the losers of the Non Compos Mentis-Heavy Metal match and the Ace Anderson-Mike Park match later on tonight. And that match at Living A Legacy III will be for the PCW North American Championship. Good luck. [And with that, the PCW-Tron clicks off.] |

Match Details: Last week, a car could not take out Grimm. Will Nacho Grande be able to this week? Nacho Grande is the first man out for this Icemann Invitational Tournament quarter finals bout. You can tell from the ovation that the PCW Faithful are really starting to get behind this fast-food high-flyer! Grimm is out next and the pop is unreal. Grimm has a knowing little smile on his face; a smile that doesn't reach his eyes. And this piece of happiness most certainly has nothing to do with his adoring audience. The Lord of Misrule enters the ring while a determined and focused Nacho Grande glares at him from across the ring. Referee Garcia checks both participants before starting the match. Nacho charges in bravely and is put down quickly with a thrust kick. Grimm works over Grande in the early stages of the match before the Taco Bell employee is able to work in a little offense. Using some surprising speed and agility, Nacho flies around the ring trying to keep the Abomination of Desolation off balance. A daredevil in his own right, Phinehas Grimm begins matching him move for move in what amounts to a fantastic collage of high-paced counters, reversals, and acrobatic high spots! The fans are on their feet showing their appreciation for such awesome athleticism. And it's Nacho Grande who now holds the advantage after a missed splash in the corner staggers the Crimson Demon! Gaining momentum, Nacho scores several near-falls against the Destroyer-at-Noonday. Sensing fatigue in his opponent, Nacho moves in for the kill and hefts Grimm onto his shoulders for the Eat Late Even Great. With viper-like quickness, Grimm reverses into the Lament Configuration and the crowd goes bananas! Nacho is hurting in a bad way as Grimm looks down at him, curiously tilting his head to one side. Grimm is moments away from advancing to the next round of the tournament when... ..."Paint it Black" by the Rolling Stones twangs over the speakers. Grimm's back immediately stiffens as he turns to face the entrance. The PCW-Tron comes to life: "Something Sadistic this way comes." Grimm's eyes are locked to the words on the big screen. His facial expression gives away nothing, but something is definitely amiss. This is all the opportunity a groggy Nacho Grande needs to schoolboy Phinehas from behind. 1...2...3! The fans are astonished as Nacho quickly exits the ring, picking up the victory at the 12 minute 26 second mark. Grimm slowly stands; his attention never leaving the PCW-Tron as the words fade away. Nacho leans on the guardrail outside the ring, basking in the adoration of his fans. Winner: Nacho Grande via pinfall |
Details: [The PCW-Tron fades in to find Jeremy Bagwell sitting on a wooden bench in the locker room with an ice pack pressed against the side of his head. He's still a little out of it. Maybe from Areas. Maybe from his pills. Most likely a combination of the two. The fear and worry are still unmistakably etched across his face. Diligence walks into view offering a paper cup full of water in one hand and some pills in the other.] Diligence: Take these. You'll feel better. [Bagwell pops the pills into his mouth and chases them with a large gulp of water.] Diligence: I'll be right back. I have to get something squared away with Skylar Marshall before we leave tonight. At Living a Legacy, Grimm will come face to face with his past. Jeremy Bagwell: No! You can't leave me here! He'll come for me! [Diligence nonchalantly shrugs his shoulders while exiting the room.] Diligence: Maybe. [As he leaves, he gives the doorknob a quick jiggle.] Diligence: Lock the door. You'll be fine. [Bagwell tries to protest, but Diligence has already closed the door. Panic sets in as Jeremy begins rocking back and forth; tears stream down his cheeks. A moment later and Bagwell drops the bag of ice. He staggers towards the door on wobbly legs.] Jeremy Bagwell: No way I'm gonna sit here and wait... [And with that, Jeremy Bagwell and his dilated pupils step out into the unknown.] |

Match Details: No matter who wins this match, with the announcement Skylar made earlier, both of these men will get a chance at the PCW North American Championship at Living A Legacy III. But both men would admit that the main goal is to win The Icemann Invitational Tournament and gain the PCW World Championship. Non Compos Mentis makes his entrance first, garnering a huge following of jeers. His lips sneers at the crowd, but his eyes almost pleads with them. After NCM makes his way into the ring, Heavy Metal makes his entrance. The fans cheer and chant for the man, but its not as universal as it once was; his relationship with Skylar obviously causing the fans to wane on his a little. When both men are in the ring, the bell sounds, and the match begins with Heavy Metal going right on the offensive, hitting NCM with a series of jabs, uppercuts and leg kicks. NCM takes all the early abuse with a grain of salt, because his durability is through the roof. All the extra punches seemingly wear Heavy Metal down, which allows NCM to capitalize with a huge Yakuzza Kick. With Heavy Metal down, NCM tries to lock in an arm bar, but Heavy Metal is quick to his feet and arm drags NCM down and follows it up with a knee to the skull. Few minutes later, the battle continues with Heavy Metal gaining the advantage by scoop slamming NCM three times. Each time, however, NCM would rise back to his feet. On the fourth try, NCM blocked the move, kicked Metal in the gut and followed it up with a nicely-timed power bomb. The move shook the ring and NCM then proceeded to lock in a Boston Crab on Metal. Heavy Metal looked to be in serious pain and tried to reach the ropes, only to be pulled back two inches, then with an extension of his right arm, Metal was able to get a mere fingertip on the bottom rope. The touch was enough for referee Eddie Lane to demand NCM to release the hold… which he did, after a snap four count -- on the fifth, NCM would have been disqualified. The match continued on with NCM taking advantage. He proceeded to hit Heavy Metal with an STO, snap suplex, and swinging neck breaker. The moves left Metal crippled and gasping for air. NCM went for a cover following another huge power bomb. One... ...Tw--- But Heavy Metal was able to kick out. This only angered NCM who proceeded to argue with the referee, Eddie Lane and turned his attention away from Heavy Metal. As NCM got all up in the referee's face, Heavy Metal sprung to life and nailed NCM with the MetalPlex from behind. The move resulted in a bridge pin with Eddie Lane dropping down to make the count... One... Two... Three--- But NCM was just able to kick out before Metal could put it away. Both men rose to their feet and proceeded to fire away with lefts and rights, over and over and over. The fans started chanting too, getting behind both men, but NCM was quick to turn things in his favor and hit Metal with an inverted DDT out of nowhere and then hit the ropes before coming back with a diving head butt! Metal flopped around for a bit, and then NCM picked Metal up and scored with the Blunt Trauma! Heavy Metal hit the floor hard! NCM looked around the arena and signaled he was going to go for the Fractured Mind!!! Heavy Metal was slow to get to his feet, but he got to them and was met by a kick to the gut, followed by a double underhook, however, Metal escaped and clotheslined NCM down. He then followed it up by stomping on NCM and then dropped an elbow. He then picked up NCM and irish whipped him off towards the ropes. NCM came back, and got nailed by a spear by Heavy Metal! Followed by a flurry of rapid punches to the face of NCM, busting him open! Blood began to spill out from his head and Heavy Metal looked to end things once and for all. He prepared to look for the Power Chord, but NCM evaded and scored with a flying wheel kick! Both men were down quickly. Slowly, again, both men tried to rise and were met with kicks and punches galore. Neither man refused to go down. However, NCM was going all out. He began firing off punch after punch and kick after kick until Heavy Metal was stunned and out of it. NCM looked to end it and took a step back, and bumped into referee Eddie Lane! The bump was unintentional but fast enough that Heavy Metal had time to recover. NCM rushed right at Metal, but was met by a thunderous clothesline that sent NCM down hard. With NCM down, but rising, Heavy Metal went up to the top rope and jumped, looking to put the match away with the Air Guitar. Heavy Metal nails the Air Guitar and hooks the leg. One...two...three! ...and Heavy Metal advances in The Icemann Invitational at the 31 minute and 18 second mark. Winner: Heavy Metal via pinfall |

Match Details: The quarterfinals of the Icemann Invitational are half over, and it's going to be the veteran versus the rising star. Both men are coming off huge victories, Mike Park the victor in an intense showdown with Usali Basilisk and Ace Anderson triumphing over Jason Scene. Previously unaired footage shows Anderson being carried away on a stretcher after the post-match blindside attack. One has to wonder what kind of shape he's going to be in, and if it will play a part in who is counted among the final four. Mike Park is first to enter and his performance last week has won him a whole new fan base. Even he seems a little surprised at the decibel level of his reception. Park uses the moment to pump himself up for the massive challenge ahead, and the crowd gives him their full support. Issues with Skylar Marshall or no, the same can't be said for Ace Anderson. The fans turn hostile when "Pain Redefined" hits, which suits the man just fine. Anderson gestures to his waist as he comes down the aisle, indicating that a certain something won't be missing much longer. Eric Russo delivers some last minute orders as Anderson and Park show how much they respect each other, which isn't much. Giving up five inches and seventy pounds of solid muscle to your opponent isn't an easy position, but Park refuses to be intimidated. Ace Anderson dwarfs almost everyone he shares the ring with, though, and is making sure his opponent can't miss that fact. The bell is rung and the two men lock up. Anderson immediately takes control, driving a knee into Park's gut and cinching him into a headlock. Park throws him off, but gets a shoulderblock on the rebound. Anderson goes to the mat, wrapping his arms around his opponent's temples, but Park forces himself to a standing position. Anderson sends him for a ride before he can escape, but Park grabs hold of the rope and slides out of the ring. Anderson stands with his hands on his hips as Park takes a quick walk to regroup. Having sized up his opponent's physical strength, Park goes mobile. He dodges a grapple attempt and drags Anderson over. The big man is up in a flash only to receive a wheel kick in the chest. Park goes for a snap kick, gets caught, but drives Ace to his knees with an enzuigiri anyway. Two flying forearms later and Ace is wobbling but still mostly on a vertical base. Park tries for a third attack and is caught and slammed to the mat where Ace applies a cross arm breaker. Park turns it quickly and gets his foot in the ropes. Anderson is getting frustrated and attempts a suplex, but Park floats over his back. Ace swings wildly around into a pele kick, and the fans are on their feet! With the bruiser finally on the mat, Mike Park takes control. He spends the next several minutes being quite mean to Ace's extremities. Near the eight-minute point, Anderson is sent to the ropes. He grabs onto the top, but Park connects with a high leg clothesline and the big man goes out ass backwards. Anderson lands on his feet, reaches in to grab Park, and unceremoniously wraps the smaller man's leg around the steel ring post. Park rolls around the mat, clutching his knee in agony as Ace re-enters the ring. Anderson has had enough, and begins a very physical assault on his opponent. He rolls Park over on his stomach and smashes the man's already damaged knee to the mat from eye level. In a show of power, Anderson repeats the move again, and again, and again until Referee Russo is checking Park for submission. Ace shoves Russo out of the way and hoists Park into a gorilla press slam, holding him high in the air for a very, very long time before smashing him to the mat. Mike Park looks like all his limbs might be trying to escape in different directions, but Anderson only gets a two count. A ghastly beating follows as Ace uses his power and experience to keep Park grounded. The high flyer is tough as a piece of shoe leather, though, and never quite stays down or taps out. Slam after slam leads to near fall after near fall, and Anderson is clearly enjoying himself at this point, despite never quite scoring the three. Seventeen minutes into the battle, some trapping headbutts mark the beginning of the Tilt and the possible end of the match. Park is sent to the corner for the splash, but finds the reserves to duck out of the way at the last possible second. Ace smashes into the turnbuckles and the whole ring moves six inches to the left. He topples backwards and Park makes a quick cover. Another two. Ace tries to regain control with a handful of hair but Park slugs him low in the gut. Another grapple attempt and a second shot. Park is fighting back! Anderson tries to send him for a ride, but Park reverses it and levels him with a Super Soul kick on the point of the chin. Park makes the cover but Ace gets his shoulder up with maybe a quarter-count to spare. Park knows the end of the match is near and sets up Ace Anderson for the Chaos Theory. The fans are more than ready to see it, but Ace throws Park off before he can execute the move. Park comes off the ropes and tries for another high leg. Anderson ducks it and drives his boot into the smaller man's abdomen. Ace then tries to tie up Mike for The Exemplifier, but Mike dodges it and nails the Chaos Theory. Mike doesn't hesitate, and he makes the pin. At the 23 second and 42 second mark, Mike Park eliminates "Greatness In The Flesh" from The Icemann Invitational Tournament! Winner: Mike Park via pinfall |

Match Details: "The Fallen Angel" is the first man out for tonight's main event. He's showered with a warm welcome from the crowd, but he appears a bit dejected. His limp is a little worse than usual, especially after that vicious attack Lantlas made earlier in the evening. Entering the ring, LoKi awaits the arrival of his longtime nemesis. The boos from the crowd signify the entrance of the monster known only as Murdoc. His hooded robe sways along with his beard as he methodically paces to the ring. He steps into the ring, evil radiating from him. Tyrone Little calls for the bell while Murdoc levels a gaze of confidence at his opponent. LoKi doesn't even make eye contact. Murdoc strides towards the center of the ring and LoKi limps out to meet him. Murdoc clobbers him with several vicious hammer blows that send LoKi staggering back into the corner. After attempting to work out the kinks in his knee, LoKi gives Murdoc another go. The 6'7" monster levels him with a big boot before peeling him off the mat and hurling him back into the corner. Murdoc raises his arms slightly to his sides...taunting his bitter rival. A wicked sneer curls his lips, and that sends LoKi over the edge! Charging out of the corner with surprising acceleration for a man on a bad wheel, the Fallen Angel pummels the big man with punches, kicks, and anything else he can muster. Murdoc covers up, hoping to weather the storm...but the storm doesn't pass. LoKi is relentless, dropping one strike after another! Each blow fueled by years of torment, torture, and hatred! Years of loneliness, agony, and missed opportunity are channeled through LoKi's fists as he batters his opponent back into the corner. The crowd is standing and the roar is unreal! Murdoc's defense has cracked and LoKi seizes the moment! Bouncing off the ropes, LoKi catches a stunned Murdoc with a lariat that sends him over the top rope to the outside. LoKi attempts to go out after him, but referee Little stops him. The fans are still on their feet! Taking a few seconds on the outside, Murdoc slowly steps back into the ring. LoKi closes in, but he's met with a thumb to the eye. Temporarily blinded, Murdoc wastes no time targeting the Fallen Angel's bum knee. The fans vocalize their disdain for Murdoc's tactics, but he could care less. He wants to defeat and humiliate LoKi on his way to becoming the next World Champion, but he wants to punish him first. Murdoc continues his quest to destroy LoKi's injured limb, putting down any attempt at retaliation swiftly and violently. After a few minutes of toying with him, Murdoc begins methodically unloading the heavy artillery. A piledriver scores a two-count. A brainbuster also nearly finishes the Fallen Angel. And LoKi can be thankful the ropes were within reach or the Beginning very well may have been the end. With LoKi's tank sputtering on empty, the crowd begins to rally behind him. Murdoc smirks at the crowd before finishing LoKi with the Oblivion! Or so he thought! LoKi ducks the Oblivion and connects with a dropkick to the knee and the fans are back on their feet! Another dropkick to the knee has Murdoc on all fours and LoKi can't pass up the chance to blast Murdoc in the side of the head with a charging knee! A cover garners only a one-count, but LoKi has the momentum. LoKi whips him into the ropes and plants the big man with a spinebuster. Another cover. 1...2...kickout! With Murdoc right where he wants him, LoKi locks in a full nelson and looks as if he's going to attempt a dragon suplex on his towering foe. Before we have liftoff, Murdoc slips in a low blow and LoKi goes down. Tyrone Little suspects foul play, but he missed the devious maneuver. Both men are down on their hands and knees as the crowd cheers them on. Murdoc is up first and he stalks his prey before locking in the iron claw known as the Beginning once again! The fans let out a groan, but LoKi won't go without a fight! However, the punishment has taken its toll and the Fallen Angel begins to fade. He first drops to a knee...then out of nowhere jams a thumb into Murdoc's eye! Murdoc winces, but refuses to relinquish the hold. As Tyrone shuffles around behind Murdoc, LoKi uses the advantageous position to punt the big man in the groin! The fans pop and the hold is released! Again, Tyrone misses the low blow as LoKi connects with a monster uppercut that flails Murdoc's arms. The Fallen Angel heads towards the ropes and, with bad wheel and all, springboards off the middle rope towards his hated enemy... ...and flies right into a vicious punch straight to the jaw! The Temporary Oblivion leaves LoKi in a heap near the edge of the ring and Murdoc slowly makes the cover as the fans wait in anticipation. One...two...three! Murdoc defeats his longtime rival and advances in The Icemann Invitational Tournament at the 34 minute and 24 second mark. Winner: Murdoc via pinfall |
Details: [The PCW-Tron picks up the feed backstage and finds a disoriented Jeremy Bagwell desperate to find a hiding place. Rounding a corner into a long hallway, Bagwell attempts door after door...but to no avail. The door at the very end of the hallway catches his eye and he shuffles towards it. He tries the knob, but this one is locked as well. Letting out a disheartened sigh, Bagwell's head sags in defeat. And that's when he hears it...] *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* [Metal sliding across concrete. Bagwell doesn't move a muscle. He doesn't even breathe.] *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* [Closer and closer as the camera pans around behind young Jeremy Bagwell.] *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* *SCRAAAAAAAPE* [It's at this point that Bagwell begins sobbing uncontrollably, his shoulders heaving up and down. And the scraping stops.] *CLANG!* [Grimm's shovel clatters about on the concrete floor. The Crimson Demon stands motionless behind the quivering Bagwell. Centimeters separate predator from prey; Bagwell can feel the cold, vengeful breath on the back of his neck. His sobs continue to echo down the empty corridor.] Grimm: If you'd like to offer up some sort of explanation...or a request...maybe some final words. Now would be that time. [Bagwell's sobbing turns into intense hysterics, but he utters not a word. The twisted grin and the twinkle in those pale, blue eyes paint a horrifying picture on the face of the Abomination of Desolation; a man taking pleasure in his work. A few moments later and Grimm's patience is running thin.] Grimm: So be it. [Phinehas spins the boy around by the shoulder and cracks him with a familiar backhand across the face. The blow staggers Bagwell, and it's then that Grimm realizes that the boy isn't sobbing. Not at all. He's laughing! Grimm arches a puzzled eyebrow, but that doesn't stop him from landing another blow. This one sends the youngster to his knees.] Grimm: If you won't tell me your game, I'm more than willing to beat it out of you. [Bagwell's laughter fills the hallway as Grimm connects with a closed fist that splatters blood all over the wall. Grabbing Bagwell by the hair, he drills him again. His face is turning into a bloody mess, and yet he continues to laugh. Grimm reaches over and grabs the shovel.] Grimm: This is your last chance. I think you can figure the consequences out on your own. Now spit it out! [Bagwell spits out a red glob of blood while glaring at Grimm with defiant, glossed-over eyes.] Jeremy Bagwell: You have NOTHING! Nothing to threaten me with! Nothing to do with all your strength... [Realizing that this torture session is going nowhere, Grimm raises the shovel over head.] Jeremy Bagwell: You're too late! He's already here! And He's coming for YOU! [Bagwell lets out a shriek of laughter as he lays his head on the bloody concrete; ready to accept his fate. And just as Grimm is about to strike the final blow...in their finest moment...the deadbolt to the door behind Bagwell retracts. Grimm stops in mid-swing and his eyes lock on the door. As it slowly opens, Grimm's eyes go wide and the scene fades to black.] |
